What if my order gets damaged during transit?

If there’s any damage during transit, don’t worry — it’s completely our responsibility. We ensure safe delivery, but in case of any issue, we’ll repair, replace, or resolve it at no extra cost to you.

What payment options are available?

At Goyal Handicraft, you can pay easily and securely using debit cards, credit cards, or net banking. All payments are processed through trusted gateways for your safety. Please note, we currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

How long does delivery take for ready and customized furniture?

For ready-made furniture, delivery usually takes 7 to 10 business days depending on your location. For customized pieces, since each item is handcrafted to your specifications, it typically takes 3 to 5 weeks. We always strive to complete and deliver your order as quickly as possible without compromising on quality. Once your order is confirmed, we’ll keep you updated every step of the way!

Are there any delivery, installation charges, or hidden fees?

No, there are absolutely no hidden fees. Delivery is completely free across India. In rare cases, if we agree to deliver to a location outside our standard service areas, the transportation and installation costs will need to be paid in advance by the customer. Please note, such deliveries will not be covered under our standard warranty.

Will the product be exactly as shown on the website?

We strive to deliver products that closely match the images and descriptions on our website. However, since each piece is crafted from natural materials, slight variations in color, texture, and grain are normal, making every item unique. These natural differences do not affect the quality or durability of the product.

Does my furniture require assembly?

Many of our furniture pieces are easy to assemble at home using the instructions we provide — no professional help needed. However, some larger or heavier items may require assistance from a professional carpenter for safe and proper assembly.

What if I receive a damaged product or there is a manufacturing defect?

We follow strict quality checks to ensure every product meets our standards before delivery. If your order is damaged during transit or has a manufacturing defect (like finish, or paint issues), please inform the delivery personnel immediately and contact our customer support. What is your return and exchange policy?

You can exchange or return your items free of charge within 30 days of delivery. Our process is simple and hassle-free, ensuring your complete satisfaction.

What warranty does your furniture come with?

Our furniture comes with a lifetime warranty for wood termite resistance and a 12-month warranty against any manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship. During this period, Goyal Handicraft will, at its discretion, repair or replace any defective component, or replace the entire product if necessary, to ensure your complete satisfaction.
